TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM (TMS)

Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS) is a Christian not-for-profit organization based in Nairobi, Kenya. MEDS was established in 1986 and serves clients spread all over Kenya and Africa. It is a Registered Trust of Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB) and Christian Health Association of Kenya (CHAK). The Organization’s core mandate is to offer a reliable supply chain for quality and affordable Health Products and Technologies, Quality Assurance and Health Advisory Services.
MEDS is inviting eligible firms to submit a quotation for supply and installation of an electronic temperature and relative humidity monitoring system. Interested firms are required to visit MEDS website and download request for quotation at https://meds.or.ke/downloads/. Submission of a quotation does not amount to an award or obligate MEDS to refund costs incurred in submission of the quote. MEDS reserves the right to accept or reject any quote in part or whole and is not bound to explain its decision.
Submission deadline for responding to this RFQ is 1st July 2022 at 5:00 pm, East African Time. Interested firms should email their quote to usaidprocurementtaimeds.or.ke with email title being “RFQ MEDS/USAID 2022/065: FOR TEMPERATURE AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY MONITORING SYSTEM in’ PDF and Zip format. Applications must comply with mandatory requirements stated in the RFQ to be considered.
